The Agent Response Index is run by Dotty&Dash. This page covers the "find out more" form on this site.

What we collect

Your name, your agency and your work email. Nothing else. This site sets no tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To tell you about Dotty&Dash and how it could help your agency. You can say no at any time.

Who sees it

Only the Dotty&Dash team. We never sell your details. Requests reach us by email through our email provider.

How long we keep it

Up to two years after your last contact with us, then we delete it.

About the test itself

To run the index we send one email and make one phone call to each branch's published contact details. We keep the time each branch replied and what the reply offered. We publish each branch's reply times in the league table.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
